Came in on Sunday lunch with the kids. We ordered Pho / Spicy Beef Noodles / Grilled Pork Sandwich / Pork Rice Platter / Vietnamese Coffee & Salted Foam Coffee. Small restaurant with 8 tables total . Bar seating that may seat two. Good service - plenty of teas : drinks. I’m really enjoying their Vietnamese Coffee ( it hits ) I definitely WILL be back because it’s my FAVORITE Vietnamese spot in Tallahassee ( period) … the sandwich hoggie is baked FRESH - try a sandwich & you’ll see. I think they close Monday & Tuesday. Plan accordingly because seating inside is really limited. Otherwise “ToGo”….

Sooooooooooooo good. I ate here for the first time earlier in the week and then had to come back again in the same week, that’s how you know it’s good. When I came in today all the tables were full as well. It’s so good to see local small businesses get the attention they deserve. If you’re in Tallahassee you gotta check this place out! The pho, Vietnamese skillet, and spring rolls are my favorite.

Love that their menu is simple and focused. I ordered the bun thịt nuong with cha gio, nem cuon, pho dat biet, cha gio, and avacado smoothie, everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, and the place was spotless as well

I’m Vietnamese and I have to say their food is legit. The bánh mì is so good, but the coffee is phenomenal. It tastes exactly like what I had in Vietnam. I love the egg coffee and the ube coffee. I’ll definitely be back to try more.

Thành Tâm is a welcome new addition to Tallahassee’s dining scene, offering a wide variety of pho options, bánh mì sandwiches, classic appetizers like spring rolls and egg rolls, plus coffee and tea selections. After our visit, it genuinely seems to be the most authentic pho I’ve had in Tallahassee. You can tell the owners have put a lot of care into creating a beautiful, inviting space and delivering consistently high-quality food. I ordered the roast pork bánh mì (no pâté), and it was excellent. The bread was very fluffy, the vegetables were crisp and tangy, and the pork was well-seasoned and flavorful without being overwhelming. Every bite felt balanced and fresh. My lunch date chose the spicy beef noodle soup, which arrived in a giant bowl and was impressively hot temperature-wise. The broth had deep, satisfying flavor, making it both comforting and bold at the same time. We also shared a few appetizers, and they were definite standouts. The shrimp spring rolls were a hit, especially paired with the very tasty peanut sauce.
